Role Description The HVAC Sales Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves meeting with clients, understanding project requirements, and proposing HVAC solutions that align with technical specifications and budget. The HVAC Sales Engineer prepares quotations, technical proposals, and drawings in coordination with design and engineering teams, and follows up on leads to convert opportunities into orders.

Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and supporting project handover to execution teams.



The role also includes maintaining customer relationships, tracking market trends, and ensuring that all sales activities meet company standards for quality and compliance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong HVAC Engineering and HVAC Design skills for commercial and industrial projects.
- Candidates should possess practical HVAC knowledge for system selection, sizing, and performance evaluation.
- Candidates should possess Computer-Aided Design (CAD) skills for preparing or reviewing layouts and technical drawings.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair understanding to address client queries and propose service solutions.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in HVAC project sales, estimation, or technical support is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to interact with clients and consultants.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct field visits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic project documentation; familiarity with industry standards and safety practices.
