We are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer with experience in MEP projects, specializing in HVAC systems. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, coordinating, and supervising HVAC installation works while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Plan and execute HVAC installation activities, including ducting, chilled water piping, refrigerant piping, ventilation, and equipment installation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, civil, electrical, and plumbing teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare material requisitions and monitor material availability.
- Supervise subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality workmanship.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with applicable standards and project specifications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Verify measurements, prepare billing quantities, and certify contractor work.
- Participate in testing, commissioning, balancing, and handing over HVAC systems.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at site.
- Resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical updates.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and MEP project execution.




- Knowledge of ducting, piping, AHUs, FCUs, chillers, VRF/VRV systems, ventilation systems, and pumps.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with IS, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and relevant HVAC standards.
- Good project planning and coordination skills.
- Robust communication and team management abilities.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Software Skills
- AutoCAD
- MS Office
- HVAC design software (HAP or equivalent)
- Revit MEP (preferred)
- MS Project or Primavera (preferred)

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in commercial, industrial, hospital, data center MEP projects.
- Hands-on experience in HVAC installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience coordinating with consultants and clients.

As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,509.89 per month
