We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with robust expertise in HVAC design to handle end-to-end engineering activities across commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The candidate should be capable of independently managing design, calculations, and documentation in compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC load calculations using HAP or equivalent software
- Design HVAC systems including Chilled Water, VRF, and DX systems
Carry out:
- Ventilation calculations
- Pressurization calculations
- Smoke control system design
- Basement ventilation system design
- External Static Pressure (ESP) calculations
- Pump head calculations
Prepare engineering deliverables:
- Design Basis Report (DBR)
- Technical specifications
- Calculation reports
Develop drawings:
- Tender drawings
- Shop drawings
- As-built drawings
- Select HVAC equipment and prepare technical datasheets
- Review and approve HVAC material submittals
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for design integration
