About the Role
PracticeSuite is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Specialist to support our Human Resources operations during US business hours. This role will be responsible for assisting with employee lifecycle activities, onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, compliance documentation, employee records management, benefits administration support, and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Prepare employment-related documents including offer letters, employment verification letters, promotion letters, and HR communications.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with HR reporting and analytics.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure completion of required documentation.
- Track background verification and pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate exit processes, documentation, and asset recovery.
- Conduct exit interviews and compile employee feedback.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, attendance, and HR procedures.
- Assist employees with HR system-related questions.
- Support employee engagement programs and initiatives.
- Coordinate employee recognition activities and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support internal audits and compliance initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and sensitive company records.
- Assist with policy updates and document management.
- Update and maintain HRIS records.
- Generate HR reports as requested by management.
- Track attendance, leave records, and employee status changes.
- Support performance management administration and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of Human Resources experience preferred.
- Experience supporting HR operations, employee administration, or recruitment activities.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms is preferred.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Experience supporting US-based employees or US business operations.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as GreytHR or similar systems.
- Experience in a technology, SaaS, healthcare, or corporate environment.

Pay range and compensation package
- Competitive compensation package
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- US Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST
- Full-time, On-Site Position
