Role Description The Human Resources Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day HR processes to support a smooth and people-centered work environment at HAIR RAP BY YOYO. This full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad includes overseeing employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The specialist will handle employee relations, coordinate performance reviews, and support training and development activities.





Additional responsibilities include assisting with payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and HR reporting, while partnering with management to improve HR procedures and support a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong HR Operations and HR Management skills for handling daily processes and systems.
- Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Policies to ensure compliance.
- Experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee engagement.
- Ability to maintain accurate HR documentation and use HR software or tools effectively.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a salon, retail, or service industry environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and ability to work collaboratively on-site in Ahmedabad.
