Role Description The Human Resources Manager (Client Communication) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for managing HR activities that support effective client relationships, including coordinating staffing for client projects, facilitating performance feedback related to client work, and ensuring HR policies align with client service standards. Day-to-day tasks include leading recruitment and onboarding for client-facing roles, maintaining accurate employee records, overseeing employee engagement initiatives, and handling HR-related queries from both employees and management.

Manager will also manage internal communication related to client projects, support training and development programs, and collaborate with leadership to foster a positive, compliant, and high-performance workplace.

Qualifications

- Experience in Human Resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Solid client communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance practices relevant to on-site operations.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, recordkeeping, and use of HR software or HRIS tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in client-focused or service-oriented organizations is preferred.
