Role Description The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, remote/hybrid role responsible for supporting and improving HR operations across the organization. This role includes managing end-to-end employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment support, onboarding, performance processes, and offboarding. The specialist will administer HR policies and employee benefits, maintain accurate personnel records, and ensure compliance with applicable employment standards.

Day-to-day tasks also include responding to employee queries, supporting engagement and retention initiatives, coordinating HR documentation,



and collaborating with leadership to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role requires regular use of HR systems and tools to track data, generate reports, and support decision-making.

Qualifications

- Solid foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and compliance practices, including creating, updating, and communicating guidelines.
- Experience managing Employee Benefits and Personnel Management, including records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high ethical standards.
- Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software tools and basic data/reporting skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or digital/tech-focused company is an advantage.
