About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented

HR Operations Executive (Off-Roll)

to support the HR Operations team in managing employee documentation and onboarding formalities for

SG Grade employees

. The role is primarily focused on ensuring accurate documentation, HR compliance, and seamless employee record management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR documentation for SG Grade employees during onboarding.

- Verify and validate employee documents including educational, identity, address, and employment records.

- Prepare offer, joining, and employee documentation as per company guidelines.

- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and internal trackers with high accuracy.

- Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and internal stakeholders for pending documentation and joining formalities.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies, audit requirements, and document confidentiality.





- Support employee lifecycle activities including document filing, record maintenance, and data reconciliation.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 0–6 months of experience in HR Operations, onboarding, or HR documentation.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation processes.

- Robust attention to detail and effective communication skills.
