About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and dedicated HR Manager who can independently manage HR operations and build a solid, motivated AI team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and leadership potential, be proactive in solving problems, and be comfortable using AI.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee

engagement, performance management, and exits.
- Lead and manage the recruitment process and ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates.
- Build a positive and productive work culture and maintain strong employee relationships.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and performance management systems.




- Monitor employee performance and support managers in improving team productivity.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, attendance, leave, and other HR-related processes.
- Explore and implement AI tools and automation to improve business
- Build a high-performance, hardworking and growth-oriented team.
