Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for cinema and corporate staff.

The Human Resources

Manager will develop and implement HR policies, handle employee relations, manage payroll inputs and attendance records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. The role also involves coordinating training and development programs, supporting workforce planning for new locations,



and partnering with management to build a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong HR operations and administration skills, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance practices relevant to the cinema and retail entertainment sector.
- Candidates should possess skills in payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.
- Candidates should possess effective communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to work with diverse teams.
- Candidates should have strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Relevant experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist, preferably in hospitality, retail, or entertainment, is beneficial.
