Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

The Human Resources

Manager will design and implement HR policies, maintain compliance with labor regulations, and support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. Day-to-day tasks include managing HR documentation, handling employee queries, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting payroll and perks administration in collaboration with relevant teams.



The role also involves fostering a positive workplace culture, facilitating conflict resolution, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience with HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation and reporting.
- Skills in conflict resolution, counseling, and maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Proficiency in HR software or HRIS systems, as well as basic MS Office tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in media, marketing, or related industries, is beneficial.
