Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding for the Jaipur location. This is a full time, on-site role that involves managing HR policies, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. The role includes developing and implementing HR strategies, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting managers with workforce planning.

Manager will address employee relations matters, support conflict resolution, and promote a positive, inclusive work culture.



The role also involves managing payroll inputs, benefits administration, HR documentation, and contributing to process improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, with a strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills to engage effectively with team members at all levels.
- Ability to manage HR documentation, maintain accurate records, and use HR software or HRIS tools efficiently.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
- Prior experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, preferably in a creative or small-to-medium-sized organization.
