About Harcorp Industries

Harcorp Industries is a deep tech company working on some of the hardest problems in science and technology: Artificial Superintelligence (ASI), advanced material science, and quantum communications. Our flagship AI model, HARC-OM, is built for ultra-long context, very high throughput, continual learning, and memory that doesn't suffer from catastrophic forgetting.

We're a small, focused team building from India for the world, and we're looking for our HR Manager. You'll help shape how a frontier-tech company hires, grows, and looks after its people.

What You'll Do

- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including AI researchers, engineers, scientists and operations staff
- Build and run HR policies, the employee handbook, and onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee documentation, NDAs, IP assignment agreements and confidentiality compliance
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, leave and benefits administration (housing, insurance)
- Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, POSH)
- Drive employer branding across LinkedIn, universities and research networks
- Build performance management, feedback and learning and development frameworks
- Be the go-to person for employee engagement, culture and conflict resolution
- Support the founders on organisational design as the company scales

Skills We're Looking For

- Talent acquisition and sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter,



Naukri, job boards, campus hiring)
- Technical hiring, or a strong willingness to learn to recruit for AI/ML, physics and engineering roles
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- HR operations: payroll, HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, greytHR or similar), documentation
- Contract and policy handling, especially NDAs, confidentiality and IP clauses
- Performance management and employee engagement
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
- High integrity and discretion with sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and HR analytics
- A startup mindset: ownership, adaptability and comfort with ambiguity

Experience

0–3 years (flexible). Freshers with an MBA/PGDM in HR, or relevant internships, are welcome to apply. We value attitude and potential as much as experience.
