Human Resource Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic MBA (HR) Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions. The intern will support recruitment, employee engagement, and grievance management while contributing fresh ideas to improve HR processes. This role offers an excellent chance to work closely with the HR team and make a meaningful impact on employee experience and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Engagement & Culture

- Plan and organize fun activities and interactive engagement sessions at the Head Office on special/occasion days (festivals, anniversaries, awareness days, etc.).
- Suggest creative, low-cost engagement ideas that boost participation and workplace morale.

2. Recruitment

- Support campus recruitment drives - coordinating with colleges, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate pipelines.
- Assist in lateral hiring - sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

3. Employee Connect & Grievance Management

- Conduct daily calling with employees to check in, gather feedback, and understand ground-level concerns.
- Log,



track, and help resolve employee grievances in a timely and empathetic manner.
- Analyze recurring grievance patterns and recommend process or policy improvements.

What we are Looking for

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA in Human Resources from Tier -1 /Tier -2 colleges.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - comfortable speaking with employees daily.
- High energy, creativity, and initiative - someone who enjoys planning events as much as solving problems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint; familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.
- A proactive, "figure-it-out" attitude - willing to think beyond the to add value.
