Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete HR function for a 60+ employee organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and employee guidelines.
- Own recruitment from manpower planning through onboarding.
- Work with department heads to identify hiring requirements.
- Improve employee retention and identify causes of attrition.
- Establish structured onboarding and employee induction.
- Develop performance appraisal and performance-management processes.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace conflicts.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave and employee records.
- Ensure appropriate statutory HR/labour compliance.




- Develop employee engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Identify training and development requirements.
- Maintain HR dashboards and provide monthly HR reports to management.
- Establish HR systems that can support the company's growth from 60 employees to 100+ employees.

Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements applicable to Hyderabad and broader Indian regulations.
- Experience in designing and implementing training, development, and employee engagement programs.
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS), documentation, and data management for reporting and decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work across levels and functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate HR qualification or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Experience in engineering, HVAC, MEP, construction, architecture, estimation, BPO/KPO or another project-driven organization would be an advantage.
