We are looking for an experienced HR professional to own end-to-end recruitment and drive our performance management cycle. You will work closely with department heads to build robust teams and ensure clear, fair performance standards across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage the full hiring cycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce plans
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, social platforms, referrals and consultants
- Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-acceptance rate)
Performance Management
- Run quarterly and annual performance review cycles end to end
- Support managers in setting KRAs/KPIs and conducting appraisal discussions
- Identify skill gaps and coordinate training and development plans
- Maintain performance documentation and support increment/promotion decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR experience with hands-on recruitment and performance review ownership
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or related field (MBA-HR preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hiring platforms, ATS tools and appraisal frameworks
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and HRMS systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
