Role Description The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Kadi. The role involves overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle processes.

Manager will develop and implement HR policies, support workforce planning, manage attendance and leave systems, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.



This position will handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. The role also includes coordinating training and development programs, managing HR documentation and reporting, supporting payroll inputs, and partnering with leadership to align HR practices with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Experience with HR policies, labor law compliance, industrial relations, and statutory requirements applicable to manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in HR documentation, HRIS or ERP systems, attendance and leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
- Effective communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and make data-informed HR decisions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and welfare practices and the ability to support a safe, inclusive work environment.
