Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations and help maintain a positive, inclusive, and effective remote work environment. This full-time remote role involves assisting with recruitment activities such as posting job descriptions, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. The intern will help with onboarding processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

They will assist in employee engagement initiatives, gather feedback,



and support communication related to benefits and HR programs. The role also includes collaborating with HR management on small projects, conducting basic research on HR best practices, and preparing reports or documentation as needed.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in developing practical HR skills.
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, and the ability to support their communication and implementation.
- Basic experience or coursework related to Personnel Management and employee lifecycle processes.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, video conferencing platforms).
- Demonstrated interest in edtech, learning and development, or talent development is an advantage.
