About The Role The Wellness Shop is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team. This internship is ideal for candidates seeking hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other relevant channels
- Screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining candidate and recruitment data using Excel and MIS trackers
- Supporting the onboarding and documentation process for new hires
- Assisting with employee engagement activities and HR administrative tasks
- Preparing HR reports and maintaining recruitment trackers
- Supporting the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations team with day-to-day activities
