Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Post job openings across job portals, apps, and websites such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Apna.
- Screen incoming CVs and resumes based on role requirements.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Maintain trackers for open roles, applicants, interview stages, and hiring status.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including updates, follow-ups, and closures.
