We're looking for an HR Intern who's people-focused, organized, and excited about building strong teams—not just handling paperwork.

This is not a 'sit-and-observe' internship. You'll be involved in real HR operations inside a fast-moving digital agency and learn how people management works in a startup setting.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage applications.
- Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR trackers.
- Coordinate interviews and conduct candidate follow-ups.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and team initiatives.
- Help manage attendance, leaves, and basic HR operations.
- Support HR policies, processes, and internal communication.
- Share ideas to improve hiring, company culture, and HR workflows.

Location: Space 7, Sector 7, 4th Floor (Office 401), Shipra Path,



Mansarovar, Jaipur – 302020. The office is located next to Suvira Hospital, in a modern building with an ICICI Bank branch. The area also has D Mart, City Park, Woodland Park Apartments, and several cafés and restaurants nearby.
