Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Generalist at our location in Udaipur. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and advantages administration on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead in recruitment coordination – job postings, scheduling, candidate communication
- Support smooth onboarding & documentation for new team members
- Maintain organized employee records, leave logs, and attendance updates
- Help implement company policies and SOPs
- Help foster a great workplace culture




- Assist in HR compliance (offer letters, contracts, ID collection)

Qualifications

- A graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies expertise
- Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Any HR related certification is a plus
