We are looking for an HR Generalist who can take ownership of day-to-day HR operations and help us build a structured, professional and positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate coordination.
- Manage onboarding, employee documentation, attendance and leave.
- Support probation reviews, performance tracking and employee engagement.
- Handle employee queries and workplace concerns professionally.
- Maintain HR trackers, reports and records.
- Coordinate with Management, Recruitment, Counselling, Marketing, Finance and Operations teams on people-related requirements.
- Support manpower planning and hiring requirements across departments.
- Help develop and implement HR policies, SOPs and internal processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups.




- Assist management in building a structured, accountable and positive work culture.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple departments.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets and documentation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Solid ownership, maturity and problem-solving mindset
