Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role located in Chennai.

The Human Resources

Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding and induction, and supporting payroll-related inputs. The role will involve administering HR policies, handling employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including understanding of core HR functions and practices.
- Candidates should possess experience in HR Operations, such as onboarding, documentation, and HR administration.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Employee Relations, including handling grievances, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements relevant to the hospitality or retail sector.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with HRIS or basic HR software tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
