What you'll do:

- Craft compelling job descriptions and keep them fresh.
- Source top talent across online platforms.
- Write engaging outreach emails to attract passive candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications with a sharp eye for fit.
- Conduct interviews — phone, video, and in-person.
- Promote openings across our careers page, social media, job boards, and internal channels.




- Deliver curated shortlists to hiring managers.
- Extend offers and guide candidates through compensation and benefits queries.
- Track key hiring metrics — time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire.
- Represent us at job fairs and in-house recruitment events.
- Partner with department managers to plan ahead for hiring needs.
- Support current hires through a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience.
