Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
Key Responsibilities
● Manage daily attendance and leave tracking
● Coordinate with employees on floor-level HR matters
● Assist in recruitment and onboarding
● Ensure discipline and smooth floor operations
● Maintain HR records and reports Requirements:
● Graduate (HR background preferred)
● Good communication and coordination skills
● Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
● Solid people-handling ability
