Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at LaunchED Global is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and helping with onboarding documentation.

Responsibilities include updating employee information, supporting HR policy communication, and assisting in the administration of employee benefits and engagement initiatives. The intern will help prepare HR reports, maintain personnel files,



and collaborate with team members on HR projects and process improvements. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR practices in a dynamic, education-driven environment.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with an interest in building a career in HR.
- Ability to understand and support HR Policies and basic Employee Benefits processes.
- Interest or experience in Personnel Management, including handling employee records and documentation.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HR software is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Bengaluru South and manage multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment.

Training - 6 Months Stipend - 15000 - 18000 per month

After Training - 3 to 4 LPA
