Role Description The Site Human Resources Manager is a full-time, in office role based at the Bhopal manufacturing facility. Daily responsibilities include advising leadership on people-related matters, resolving employee relations issues, managing payroll inputs and HR documentation, and supporting health, safety, and welfare programs. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster an inclusive workplace culture and support continuous improvement in HR processes. Experience 5 to 6 yrs

Salary Range - 4 to 5 lpa

Must Have worked with Plant / site at Manufacturing

- Strong expertise in core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws,



statutory compliance, and HR policy development for a manufacturing or industrial setup.
- Experience in HR operations such as attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation and reporting.
- Skills in training needs assessment, organizing learning and development programs, and supporting talent retention initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS/HR software systems, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or similar role in manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is highly desirable.
