Selected persons day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Design and implement an effective recruiting strategy.
- Source,screen, and interview candidates using job portals, social media, and databases.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and filter candidatesfor open positions. Facilitate onboarding and induction programsfor new hires.
- Draft and manage offer letters, appointment letters,



and employment agreements.
- Conduct background verification and ensure all employee records are updated.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR compliance requirements.
- Maintain and update the HR Management System (HRMS) and employee database.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance and leave records.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Handle employee grievances and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Process resignations and conduct exit interviews.
- Ensure smooth full & finalsettlements for departing employees.
- Maintain records of employee exits and generate relevant reports.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects asrequired by the organization.
