Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Manage IT & Non-IT recruitment requirements
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Manage multiple vacancies and ensure timely closures
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Solid sourcing and candidate-screening skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn & job portals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets
- Recruitment/staffing experience will be an added advantage
