Esandhai is a growing B2B agri-produce supply chain company, supplying fresh fruits and vegetables to businesses across multiple locations. We are expanding our team and are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter who can take ownership of day-to-day recruitment activities.

Job Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support our end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand hiring requirements and prepare/source suitable candidate profiles.
- Post job openings on Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule F2F interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.




- Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure regular follow-up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
- Support other HR activities related to recruitment and employee lifecycle as required.

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 6 months2 years of experience in recruitment; freshers with relevant internship experience can apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.
- Comfortable using job portals, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

What We Are Looking For Someone who is confident on calls, comfortable speaking with candidates, organized with follow-ups, and genuinely interested in building a career in recruitment.
