- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Handle Sales, FMCG, Retail, Field Sales and Non-IT recruitment.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up until joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and achieve hiring targets.
Requirements:
- Any Degree / MBA HR preferred.
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
