We are a Mumbai-based real estate company looking for an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of people operations and office administration.
A significant part of this role involves managing a 40–50 member blue-collar workforce, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who is patient, empathetic, people-first, and comfortable being hands-on with employees and day-to-day HR matters.
What You’ll Do HR & People Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for a workforce blue-collar employees
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns
- Handle disciplinary matters professionally and sensitively
- Support employee welfare and maintain a positive working environment
- Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records
- Manage employee onboarding and exit processes
Administration
- Handle day-to-day office administration
- Ensure smooth functioning of daily office operations
- Coordinate administrative requirements across the team
- Maintain relevant records and documentation
- Work closely with management to resolve operational and people-related issues
Employee Engagement
- Plan and organize office events
- Coordinate employee engagement activities
- Identify initiatives that improve team participation and morale
- Build positive relationships with employees across different levels of the organization

What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in HR
- Based out of Mumbai
- Prior exposure to managing blue-collar or on-ground teams - Mandatory
- Strong understanding of day-to-day HR operations
- Patient and empathetic approach to managing people
- Ability to handle employee grievances and conflicts professionally
- Robust administrative and organizational skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- Digitally inclined and comfortable working with:
- HR tools
- Microsoft Excel
- Email and digital documentation
