Key Responsibilities

?Assist in recruitment-sourcing CVs, posting jobs, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews.

?Support onboarding and candidate communications.

?Plan and execute employee engagement activities.

?Assist in building a cooperative, people-first culture.





?Contribute to Linkedin growth for the brand and team.

?Help with outreach and online reputation management.

?Handle HR operations and day-to-day reporting.

?Maintain HR documentation, including MoUs and collaboration records.

Skills & Requirements:

●Strong interest in Human Resources, talent management, or organizational development.

●Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

●Active Linkedin profile preferred (especially for PR and outreach tasks).

●Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

●Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

●Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
