Role Summary

Leads all human resource functions for Hadron Homes, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, training, and compliance, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Manpower Planning

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all organizational positions, especially construction and civil operation roles such as Site Engineers, Supervisors, Architects, Estimation Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Quality Engineers, Foremen, and Procurement staff.
- Coordinate with project heads and department managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
- Ensure timely hiring and deployment of manpower within 715 days based on project requirements.
- Maintain a standby candidate pool (2:1 ratio) for critical positions to support urgent project needs.

1. Candidate Screening & Interview Management

- Screen resumes based on technical qualifications, experience,



and role suitability.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with department heads.
- Maintain interview evaluation records, feedback, and hiring status tracking.

1. Manpower Deployment & Workforce Database

- Maintain a centralized database of candidates, employees, and site labour resources.
- Track skills, experience, location availability, and project readiness.
- Ensure proper deployment of manpower to sites within the required timelines.

1. Employee Cadre Mapping & Skill Framework

- Develop and maintain employee cadre mapping across departments.
- Create and manage KRAs, KPAs, and skill matrices for all roles including technical and support functions.
- Support management in skill evaluation and role competency frameworks.

1. HR Policies, SOPs & Process Documentation

- Draft, review, and implement HR policies and operational guidelines.
- Prepare and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for departments and site operations.
- Develop process manuals and standardized formats for HR and operational processes.

1. & Role Clarity

- Prepare and maintain Job Descriptions (JDs) for all positions across departments.
- Ensure JDs clearly define roles, responsibilities, reporting structure, and skill requirements.
- Align JDs with KRAs, KPIs, and recruitment requirements.

Training & Employee Development

- Plan and coordinate monthly technical and behavioral training programs for employees.
- Identify skill gaps and support departments with training and development initiatives.

1. Performance Management

- Coordinate quarterly performance reviews for employees.
- Consolidate performance data and share performance insights with management.

1. HR Reporting & MIS

- Prepare and submit HR reports every 15 days or monthly covering recruitment, manpower deployment, and HR operations.
- Generate recruitment MIS reports including hiring status, time-to-hire, and department-wise updates,
- Provide workforce insights and HR analytics to support management decisions.

Qualifications & Education MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

SHRM or CHRP certification preferred.
