Job Title: HR Executive (Industrial Compliance & Culture)
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha | Reports to: MD
Company: Trinath Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (TIPL)
About the Role
TIPL is looking for an HR Executive who can independently own statutory and industrial HR compliance, drive culture-building initiatives, and lead the hiring pipeline as the company scales toward its group growth targets. This role sits close to management and carries real accountability — not a support function, but the person responsible for keeping the organisation compliant, staffed, and cohesive as headcount grows across sites and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Compliance: Own end-to-end statutory and labour law compliance to the standard expected by large industrial clients (Tata, Jindal/JSPL and similar) — Factories Act, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, ESI, PF, minimum wages, and site-level workforce documentation for both TIPL's own staff and subcontracted labour. Maintain audit-ready records and represent TIPL confidently in client and statutory audits.
Hiring: Lead recruitment across corporate and site roles — from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding. Build and maintain a sourcing pipeline (referrals, platforms, colleges, consultants) and run a structured, documented selection process.
Culture:
Design and drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention and workplace culture across a mixed white-collar/site-workforce workplace — onboarding experience, recognition programmes, internal communication, and grievance handling, including setting up and running the POSH Internal Committee.
HR Operations: Own attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRMS records; maintain the delegation-of-authority and documentation discipline the finance and operations functions are also being built around.
Candidate Profile
- 6-10+ years in HR, with demonstrated hands-on exposure to industrial/EPC/contractor compliance environments — prior work with or alongside organisations like Tata, Jindal/JSPL, or similar large industrial clients strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of labour law compliance as it applies to contract labour and vendor workforces, not just direct-payroll staff
- Proven track record owning recruitment independently, not just coordinating it
- Comfortable operating with minimal oversight in a growing, still-formalising organisation
- Odia/Hindi fluency required; professional English for reporting and documentation
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
