We are looking for an experienced HR Executive - Compliance to independently manage and monitor the organization's statutory and labour-law compliances. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely statutory filings, maintaining compliance records, handling inspections/audits, and coordinating with government authorities and external consultants.

Role & responsibilities

1. Ensure timely compliance under applicable labour laws and regulations.
2. Ensure proper implementation of applicable statutory requirements across the organization.
3. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws
4. Manage and maintain required labour registrations, licenses, renewals and certificates
5. Prepare monthly/quarterly compliance reports for management.
6. Coordinate internal and external HR compliance audits.
7. Maintain all documents required for statutory inspections and audits.
8. Monitor pending compliances, renewals, notices and corrective actions
9. Ensure timely closure of compliance-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR Compliance / Statutory Compliance.

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Labour Law or a related field.
