WE ARE HIRING HSE OFFICER
We are looking for an experienced and safety-focused HSE Officer to join our team for an Oil & Gas / Construction Project.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce site HSE procedures and protected work practices.
- Conduct site inspections, HSE audits, toolbox talks, and safety training.
- Ensure compliance with PTW, JSA, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare corrective action reports.
- Monitor construction activities for HSE compliance.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and client HSE representatives.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Support emergency response plans, drills, and safety improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies HSE experience in Oil & Gas / Construction
Permit to Work (PTW) System
Job Safety Analysis (JSA) & Risk Assessment
Incident Investigation & Reporting
Toolbox Talks & Safety Training
HSE Audits & Site Inspections
Emergency Response & Safety Procedures
Knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, NEBOSH / IOSH
