? Role Summary The role involves working closely with HR and IT teams to configure HR processes, maintain system accuracy, and provide ongoing operational support.

? Key Responsibilities

- HRMS / HCM configuration and maintenance
- Core HR data setup (Employees, Jobs, Grades, Positions, Business Units)
- Workflow, approval, and security role configuration
- SIT / UAT testing support and issue resolution
- Data loads, data validation, and basic integrations
- Functional and configuration documentation
- Post go-live and production support

? Required Skills & Experience

- HRMS / HCM configuration experience
- Robust understanding of HR processes and data structures
- Workflow and security configuration
- HRMS implementation or enhancement support
- Good communication and documentation skills
