- Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate sales and backend roles
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and calling
- Screen profiles and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with team leaders for hiring requirements
- Manage joining formalities, onboarding, and induction
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment or HR calling
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Real estate hiring experience preferred
- Ability to handle bulk hiring and follow-ups
Preferred Locations Hiring Exposure: Thane, Central Mumbai, Kalyan-Shil/KDM & Pune. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
