Key Responsibilities

Client Hiring

- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for client mandates across industries and domains.
- Understand client requirements deeply and translate them into precise hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using both traditional methods and Zepcruit’s AI recruitment platform.

Internal Hiring

- Partner with leadership to build Zepcruit’s internal teams across tech, sales, operations, and support.
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
- Build a strong talent pipeline aligned with Zepcruit’s rapid growth vision.
- Ensure accurate and timely data management, including organizing candidate information and maintaining hiring records.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate trackers.

Recruitment Strategy & Leadership

- Mentor and guide junior recruiters/interns to build a high-performing recruitment team.




- Leverage data-driven insights (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, pipeline conversion) to improve efficiency.
- Ensure seamless use of Zepcruit’s AI platform in all recruitment workflows, setting an example for clients.

Skills

- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and interpersonal
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Willingness to learn and adapt to HR technologies and AI-based hiring tools
