About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic, people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team at a growing jewellery brand. The candidate will manage the recruitment process, source suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and support day-to-day HR activities.
Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in building a career in Human Resources are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand hiring requirements from different departments and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain regular recruitment reports and MIS.
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
- Support HR operations and other HR activities as required.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets and other basic office tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good follow-up skills.
