We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with solid experience in end-to-end recruitment and excellent command over job portals and candidate sourcing platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring for Sales, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Manufacturing, Building Material and other Non-IT roles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions. Understand job requirements and prepare effective JDs. Create and manage attractive job postings. Source through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, Apna and other portals. Use job portals, LinkedIn, references, databases and social media for sourcing. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews. Shortlist candidates based on experience, skills, location, salary and job requirements. Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients/hiring managers. Follow up with candidates until selection and successful joining. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment MIS and hiring records. Handle multiple vacancies and recruitment assignments.



Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sourcing, interview and joining targets. IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE KEY SKILLS REQUIRED Strong knowledge of Non-IT recruitment and sourcing. Excellent command over Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn and other job portals. Robust Boolean search and keyword-based sourcing skills. Excellent communication and candidate-handling skills. Good resume screening and interviewing ability. Solid follow-up and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and result-driven approach. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple positions.
