Job Title: HR Recruiter - BFSI

Location : Mumbai (Dadar)

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team and handle hiring requirements for our BFSI clients.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring successful candidate joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, internal databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, competencies,



and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the interview process.
- Manage and coordinate candidate documentation, salary discussions, offer negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Drive candidates through the complete recruitment cycle until successful joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the recruitment tracker.
