Role Description The HR Recruiter Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The trainee will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Daily tasks include coordinating with hiring managers on role requirements, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting in onboarding processes.

The role also involves communicating with candidates, updating them on their status,



and helping to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment cycle. The trainee will learn and apply HR best practices, contribute to employer branding efforts, and support other HR operations as needed.

Qualifications

- Ability to source, screen, and shortlist candidates using job portals, social media, and skilled networks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes, HR operations, and onboarding procedures.
- Comfort with using HR tools, applicant tracking systems, and standard office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets).
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Willingness to learn, openness to feedback, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Interest in the travel and technology sectors and readiness to work on-site in Noida.
