Explain job details, salary, advantages and other requirements clearly to candidates. Maintain candidate records and regularly update recruitment status. Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, documentation and joining.
Coordinate with the recruitment team and overseas employers. Achieve assigned recruitment targets. Ensure professional communication and good candidate relationships.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
