We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment skills and experience in handling end-to-end hiring processes. Hospitality recruitment experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various hospitality and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Manage the offer and selection process and ensure timely communication with candidates.
- Handle the complete onboarding process, including documentation, joining formalities, and coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
- Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.




- Maintain accurate recruitment and onboarding records.
- Support HR operations and other HR-related activities as required.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Experience in hospitality recruitment is an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work within deadlines.
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment portals.

Preferred Candidate Candidates who have experience hiring for Hotels, Restaurants,Hospitality, F&B;, Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen, and other hospitality-related roles will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
