Key Responsibilities





- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for overseas employment opportunities.
- Handle recruitment requirements for Europe, Gulf and Middle Eastern countries.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and international employers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and recruitment documentation.
- Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies and employers.
- Support bulk recruitment and international manpower requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of recruitment assignments.

Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in overseas recruitment is required.
- Experience recruiting for Europe, Gulf or Middle Eastern countries.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with overseas recruitment procedures and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment databases.
