HR Recruiter – Work From Home

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: Up to 15000 per month Communication Allowance Incentives on Every Closure

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Handle multiple positions across various manufacturing industries.
- Source, screen, shortlist and coordinate candidates with clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Ensure timely closures against assigned recruitment mandates.

Preferred Candidate
- Experience with a Recruitment & Staffing / Executive Search company preferred.
- Strong experience in manufacturing-sector recruitment.
- Good understanding of different manufacturing industries and job profiles.
- Robust sourcing, screening, communication and candidate management skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on recruitment closures.
- Required own Laptop and Internet connectivity
