We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support hiring requirements across multiple roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other portals.

- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.

- Understand job requirements and shortlist relevant profiles.

- Manage candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling and offer coordination.

- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.

- Solid knowledge of Naukri and LinkedIn sourcing.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring timelines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
